Thierry Reiter is the president of York Overseas Ltd, with more than 45 years of experience in the maritime industry. His extensive knowledge in the grain trade and international shipping makes him a key player of our organization. Thierry meticulously manages York’s business to ensure our customers’ ultimate satisfaction.
Marcia Furtado, is in charge of the business operations and manages the York Overseas Ltd’s head office. With her wide experience and in-depth knowledge in international shipping, Marcia provides a reliable support and consistent execution of our operations. Her thorough attention to detail is a guarantee of our know-how.
Tony Porraccio is our Canadian CEO, with over 35 years of vast experience ranging from grain, to shipping and other related markets. With his exceptional communication skills and friendly respectful approach, Tony knows the need to service and fully meet the requirements of clients. He stands firm on getting the job done while satisfying all parties involved.
Captain Francisco Juarrero former seaman and ship captain, he brings to York his vast knowledge in all technical aspects of vessel navigation. Having been a superintendent with renowned ship owners for over 10 years, Francisco has a deep understanding of the bulk carriers that we charter. He works together with Tony in the Montreal office.
Anna Di Lella is our back office and operation manager. She controls and ensures that every task in our business is executed in a timely manner in order to maintain continuity of the process from beginning to end. Actively involved in every aspect of our organization for more than 25 years, Anna is an instrumental member to our reputation.
Nina Forlini completes our operations department. In support of Anna, she brings precision and attention to detail in all administrative and accounting related operations. Her skills in the grain fobbing activities are an additional asset to her daily functions.
Myriam Blais is our financial controller. Her intensive knowledge and experience of our customer base, as well as the financial institutions, ensures a complete and efficient execution of the company’s diverse undertaking and engagements.
Siarna Genest is our operations and administrative assistant. Her legal skills bring seriousness and rigor to the role, guaranteeing the perfect execution. Her resourcefulness and dedication is the secret to our smooth and efficient high quality service.
Stephane Gayte is our European desk manager with over 20 years of experience in the shipping community. He is able to manage both port and vessel operations and quickly resolve any related issues. His expertise and precise attention to detail gives him an advantage to foresee any problem that might occur on a daily basis. Stephane lets very little get past him, if anything at all.
Sebastien Courtade has more than 15 years of broker experience in one of the world’s most prestigious brokerage firms. Sebastien brings to York his market expertise and analytical skills. He works together with Stephane in the Geneva office.
